I am so impressed with your salon and staff, I will highly recommend Robert's Salon to all my friends and family!  In fact, I am so happy to receive your email for my experience this to me, is REAL customer service.    I have found with so many salons where I have had my hair done, it's all about getting them in and OUT.  Having your hair done should be a relaxing and great experience considering the cost of the service.  With your salon, I loved the fact it is run by you and your family who put their heart and soul into the salon.  When I was looking for a new salon since I am new to the Belmont area, you were kind to even come over to me and meet with me and ask me for my business.  This was my FAVORITE part of my visit your kind customer service!   I went out last night and received compliments on my hair and recommend your salon without any hesitation.  I look forward to coming back and simply love my "natural looking blond hi-lites".  I find it's very difficult highlighting blonds and this was one of my concerns I shared with you.  With this said, my color couldn't be more PERFECT!  I was also impressed since it was my first visit, I received 25% off my service.  Since I am not working now, this to me was another reason I decided to try your salon.  Most salons are expensive and I do understand why with their overhead, staff and other costs, but I can justify feeling and looking my best!   I honestly can't say what I didn't like about your salon you were in the middle of redecorating, which was not a problem to me.  In fact, it just proves how much you and your family put your heart and soul into your salon.  I would love to visit your salon more frequently with other services since I am not working now but, will be back to have my hair done with PLEASURE!   Thanks again for taking your time with me and making my hair color and style one of the best experiences I have ever had.   Regards   Colleen Emerton 45 Winslow Road Belmont, MA  02478

Robert is an exceptional professional.  Not only does he have the experience but he is also a natural stylist.  He is an owner who has great taste.He transformed me into a queen(!) in a matter of 2 hours!I felt pampered, well taken care of, and treated respectfully. This is absolutely an amazing experience that I had on November 5. I was whisked into a seat once I walked in and requested a hair cut and highlights. In a matter of seconds Robert took over and did his magic. I had put myself in his hands and I was proven right to do that. His efficiency and professionalism are incomparable. His work ethic is most impressive. I am so pleased that I will be visiting him again even though I cannot afford it. His wonderful staff, his wife and his physical salon are fantastic.He is one of the best stylist I have been to in Boston in the last 11 years.

My Favorite Salon. If you have a special occasion then you should definetly try them. Robert's Salon is wonderful! I've been going to Robert's for years. Robert does great color and Elizabeth's cuts alway look great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Any Salon can be good and Robert's Salon is good, but..... The best part of Robert's Salon is the SPECIAL treatment that they offer to their clients. They opened on Labor Day last year just to do the hair and make up for my wedding party. Not only was it a weekend but the wedding was on Sunday night. No other Salon that I know of would have opened Sunday morning of a holiday weekend to do the hair and makeup of a wedding party. When we arrived they had bagels and drinks waiting for us. They had 2 hairdressers and a makeup artist waiting. They had us all done and ready to go with plenty of time to spare. I was looking for a salon for my wedding day in August -- a place that felt comfortable, not rushed, and could take care of a large party that included myself, my mom, two bridesmaids, my sister-in-law, and five nieces ages 5-11. I first stopped there in May, and had several appointments for highlights and cuts before the wedding. Robert did an incredible job with my highlights -- best ones I've ever had. Elizabeth did two trials to make sure we achieved the right look, and managed my cuts to ensure my hair would look just right by the wedding day. When the day came, there were four stylists ready to work with us and the entire party was in and out in two hours. Adults and kids all liked their results, and my hair/veil held well into the evening. I especially appreciated how well they handled the kids, and the relaxed and casual atmosphere put us all at ease on a very busy day. I wanted to get my highlights done before new year's eve. When I saw a coupon on eversave for the same I checked out the reviews on yelp which helped me make a decision so I feel it's my obligation to return the favor!! To my surprise I called and got an appointment right away. Make sure when you go there to park behind Macy's accross from the Salon. I got partial highlights done from Ashley. I absolutely love them. I feel that she heard me and gave me the results that I was looking for. What I liked best was the owner Robert came and introduced himself and was checking on all the time.
